Who's eligible to apply? All schools/academies, non-profits, and all community based organizations/clubs/groups.
Application Requirements: Complete all the fields in this initial application which includes uploading a professional project/program proposal, a design layout, a budget, photos of the area where the project/program will be located, and a letter of approval authorizing the initiative.
Getting Funded; There will be two phases:
Phase 1- Review Application (Proposal, Layout, Photos, Approvals), Location Visit, Committee Reviews, Approve Scholarship and Award 1st Check.
Phase 2- Email A Project/Program Completion Status Letter, Another Location Visit Will Be Conducted, Submit An After Action Plan/Wrap-Up Report AND Complete The Additional Agreement Committing To:
1. Regular Status Reports Being Submitted To KOB Monthly Through The Online Reporting Portal.
2. Continued Education Provided By KOB.
Next, the will Committee Review and Award Last Payment. Upon full completion of the project/program the applicant needs to provide KOB with a selection of dates that we can host an unveiling with the media and other community leaders.

Project/Program Name, who's Facilitating, an Overview (Mission/Purpose/Objectives), Timeline (Start Date/Explanation of Phases/Completion Date), Budget, a design layout, visual examples that show your vision, explanation how you will measure the success of the project/program and report the results to KOB, the number of volunteers participating, the number of people impacted, the demographic/who will be impacted, how they will be impacted, frequency in which this project/program takes place (Year-Round, Semi-Annual, One Time), list any sponsors/partners/donors, and clearly outline the benefits of the project/program.
