How much does a Certificate of Occupancy (C/O) cost?

The cost of a Certificate of Occupancy is $100. The fee will be due once the application and all documentation has been reviewed by the Building Inspection Department and Fire Department. On permitted new construction, addition or remodel, a Certificate of Occupancy is issued at the completion of the project at no charge.
