2022 Report
The 6th Annual State of Downtown Odessa Address took place on Thursday February 24,2022. Our main speaker Craig Stoker, chairman of the TIRZ board helped us celebrate the successes and arrival of our new Downtown Master plan. Other speakers included, Welcome from Jay Hendricks, Invocation from Pastor Byron McWilliams, Opening remarks from Mayor Javier Joven and downtown vision from our new Executive Director Casey Hallmark.
We would like to say thank you to all our sponsors, speakers, and volunteers for making this event a success. We can't wait to see you next year!
